We are a virtual content studio which means, we don’t work out of a dedicated content studio, because we love the freedom and flexibility to create content where the magic is. Your photoshoot should always be fun, effortless and of course an exciting, enjoyable day, so to make sure that happens, we have created a few options for you to choose from, to best suit your content needs. 

Hours of Power - for those who are after a two or four hour shoot, this is perfect for you. If this is your first photoshoot with us, we would suggest you book this one first. It is a great way to capture branded content to update your website or social media and to get a feel of what it is like working with us. A little bit like a first date for your brand. We know, you will love us, but we want you to be sure

VIP Experience - if you love working with us as much as we love working with you, and you’re looking for the 5-star, luxury, content experience, we’ve created this one for you. A full-day service, where we look after all your content needs, and give you a content experience you haven’t seen yet, but have been looking for. If you’re ready to be treated like the VIP you are, send us an inquiry. All our VIP experiences are tailored to you. Imagine a menu at a luxury hotel? You pick and choose your inclusions for the day, and we make it happen. 

Subscriptions - if you and your brand are looking for content each and every month, we have created a subscription service to make this process effortless. You’ll receive an Hours of Power content shoot each month (two or four hours - it's up to you), and we’ll organise the rest for you. We have six and 12-month commitments available and as a subscriber, you’ll receive 10% off your shoot price every month. Discover more about our subscriptions, or send us an inquiry.

You definitely can! We can combine photo and video production to any of our content packages. Once you have booked in your photoshoot time and location, you will have a creative session with our director, Fifi, where she will go through your full content brief, mood board, locations, props and shot list. Everything you need to feel confident on your shoot day. As part of that, all stills and motions will be planned and organised ahead of time, so you know exactly what to expect and feel confident on the day. Because we have a team of both photographers and videographers, we request that this is arranged ahead of time, so that we have the perfect team on the day for you - we won’t always be able to accommodate last minute changes to your shoot, and we would hate for you to be disappointed.

We do! We have a network of extraordinary stylists, artists, vendors and preferred locations and can help you with all of your content needs ahead of the day so that you feel your very best -  we can either take care of all the logistics for you, or connect you to our go-to contacts.

Our lead time will always be dependent on how busy we are at your time of booking, as a guide, we are usually booked 30-60 days in advance. As soon as you know your preferred date, time and content brief, we encourage you to make your booking to avoid missing out or potentially needing to move your desired date - we would hate to disappoint you.

Once you have booked in your content shoot with us and secured your date, you’ll receive a confirmation email, where you will receive a link to your invoice, followed by everything you need to know before meeting with us. We’ll first organise your creative planning session, and then the finer details of your content shoot. 

For all ‘Hour of Power’ content shoots, we require 100% payment up front before your photoshoot takes place. For our ‘VIP Experience’, we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining due before your content is delivered. 

After our content shoot takes place, you will receive an email with the next steps, which includes when you can expect to receive your content from us. You will be provided with a link, where you can select your favourites from the day, and we will provide this selection within 48-hours. We ask that you make your selections within seven business days, so that we can make sure you have your content as soon as possible. 

If you have a campaign or launch coming up, where you need to book your content shoot for a desired date and require your photos within a certain time frame, we suggest booking in our VIP Experience, as this will be the best option for you. You will always receive your content selections within 48 hours, and in some cases, 24 hours, if discussed prior. The entire experience is premium, and we promise you it’s worth it. 

If after your photoshoot, you require your content delivered to you within 48 hours, if we are able to, we can offer a ‘rush-fee’ at an additional cost. 

Yes we do! We call this, ‘Creative Mastery’ where you can pick our brains, and we’ll conceptualise and strategise your content before we pick up the camera. You can find more information here. To book, send us an inquiry.
